Great value in a great location. Lakeland is a perfect city if you’re visiting Orlando or Tampa and don’t want to deal with the crowded city. Tito was a wonderful host who made sure we had everything we need. His house is wonderful and charming. We felt secure in the neighborhood and plenty of shopping around. Would book again. Hopefully, we would get to meet him next time since we kept missing each other.

Tito has a lovely home and is a very gracious host! This was my first time renting only a room, so I was nervous, but this was the perfect place to do that. We had lots of privacy, has a VERY comfortable bed, and is in a great location.
