I was in town for work and Tito’s home was perfect for me. Tito’s home is airy and modern. It’s easy to come and go and the room is private, spacious, with it’s own super clean bathroom. It’s an ideal location, close to everything in Lakeland. It is especially well located for walking to downtown, parks and nearby lakes. The historic neighborhood has brick streets, many of the cities best cafes and restaurants, and is well shaded from the hot sun for leisurely strolls. Tito is a warm and friendly host who made being away from my home for a month really feel like being at home.

Tito was an amazing host!! His place was clean and comfortable. There are a lot of neat restaurants nearby and it is close to downtown. I was there for a week and was able to use the kitchen to cook. The room and everything was great! I would 100% stay there again!

Tito’s place was perfectly located on a quiet street in a charming historic district close to downtown and Florida Southern College. I walked to the Frank Lloyd Wright Tourism Center and to the beautiful Lake Hollingsworth walking trail. Tito was helpful and very personable, and he respected my privacy yet made me feel very much at home. The neighborhood was quaint and felt safe, the room was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, and it was nice to be able to park my vehicle under cover—just steps away from the back door. I visit Lakeland often, and Tito’s place will always be one at the top of my list for places to stay.
